Vibration Transmitters convert data from one or more sensors into a standardized signal. These sensors can be discrete devices, such as accelerometers, shaft displacement sensors, or RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors).
Vibration transmitters are primarily used for overall vibration monitoring of rotating machinery. Our 4-20 mA vibration transmitters can interface directly with PLCs, DCS, or SCADA control systems. Scaled in inches per second (velocity) or gs (acceleration), these transmitters provide continuous online protection for critical plant equipment, helping reduce downtime. The system enables timely shutdowns and alerts your maintenance team before damage occurs.
