Product Description

On-site balancing services offer an efficient and practical solution for test facilities, assembly operations, and plant maintenance teams by allowing complete rotor assemblies to be balanced in their installed position. This eliminates the need for equipment disassembly, transportation costs, additional labour, and extended downtime.

Our specialised on-site balancing capabilities enable precise rotor balancing directly within the plant, without removing the equipment. We deliver accurate results within the required tolerances and in a short turnaround time.

The primary goal of balancing is to reduce vibration levels generated at the rotational frequency of the machine.

Our balancing process involves evaluating the influence of test masses applied to designated balancing planes-such as wheel flanges, fan blades, predicted balancing holes, or slopes. Using advanced calculation software, we determine the appropriate quantity and placement of correction masses.

This approach significantly minimises production losses, as machinery can remain fully assembled during the procedure.

In-situ balancing may be carried out in either a single plane or two planes, depending on the specific requirements of the job.
