Product Description
Vertical Axis Balancing Machines are designed for rotors with center bores and an outer diameter larger than their axial length. Typical applications include flywheels, pulleys, pump impellers, grinding wheels, car wheels, brake discs, clutches, and other similar components.
Modern vertical-axis machines use a hard-bearing force measurement system designed so that the rotational frequency remains below one third of the rotors resonance frequency when mounted on the machine spindle.
Features
- Ideal for Mass Production: Perfect for high-volume balancing of disc-shaped rotors such as fan blades, impellers, pulleys, flywheels, and clutch assemblies.
- Integrated Correction Units: Drilling or milling correction units can be added for on-machine removal of unbalanced mass.
- Fast and Efficient Clamping: Quick and secure clamping enhances throughput, further supported by dynamic braking controls that save both time and labor.
- Enhanced Operator Safety: Designed with safety in mind, featuring options such as safety shields and interlock systems.
- Easy Unbalance Location: An angular disc on the machine spindle helps operators accurately identify the unbalance angle.
- Electronic Remounting Control: Our software includes standard remounting error compensation to ensure high measurement accuracy.
- Superior Quality and Performance" Our machines are distinguished by their reliability, precision, and build quality, making them the preferred choice for customers.
